Why would you want to download the entire game from the internetz when you have the disc in the drive?

"C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe" -install E:

For 64 bit systems

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam.exe" -install E:

Replace E: with your DVD drive.
